This condition only applies to our direct billing party/parties. It is advisable to report damaged or expired item(s) within 3 days after you received the item(s). The arrival of the item(s) at your place is to be counted as the first day. Photo-taking of the damaged or expired food products shall be performed and email to customerservice@ysgroup.my

Please do make sure that you DO NOT DISPOSE the damaged or expired product(s) as we will need it/those for the exchange of new equivalent product(s) to you.

We, Liang Grain Industries Sdn. Bhd. reserve the rights to execute or not to execute the exchange for a new product at our sole discretion.

We provide free delivery to selected areas if the total amount is above RM200 and a minimum delivery fee of RM10 if the selling price is lesser than RM200. (Please refer to our Free Delivery Zones).


In West Malaysia, for areas not listed in our free delivery zones, there will be a minimum delivery surcharge of RM35, if the selling price is below RM200 (deliver to one address). Whereas, if the selling price is above RM200 (deliver to one address), and we will provide you with a RM25 in West Malaysia.

For East Malaysia – Temporary no delivery will be provided .


Free Delivery Zones – Johor Bahru, Penang and Kuala Lumpur Areas


Estimated time needed for us to deliver your orders to your doorsteps is as follows:

The above stated estimated delivery time shall remain as a reference. Actual time needed for delivery might be shorter as well as longer than the above stated.


We, Liang Grain Industries Sdn. Bhd., will not be held responsible for delivery lead time due to unforeseen circumstances.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Order(s) will be deemed accepted unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the followings:

  • The product(s) that you have ordered is no longer available
  • Our inability to obtain authorization or confirmation from your payment
  • The indicated price of a product is found to be inaccuracy

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.
